    Amazing customer service!

    I ordered 2 large entrees (teriyaki chicken and the super greens) and right before I checked out, the cashier accidentally bumped the chicken and a couple pieces fell out. Without hesitation, the server started making another large teriyaki chicken for me. He only had enough for a medium-large so they gave me a small entree free of charge to make up the difference.

    THEN while we were eating in the restaurant, Jacob came out with ANOTHER small entree of teriyaki chicken for me to take home to make up "what would have been" a full large entree. It was all just handled very well and I appreciate the effort to make up what was otherwise a minor inconvenience.

    Had a late lunch...wife and I got a little hungry latter in the evening.

    Took the dog for a walk and ended up at Panda Express. The food was decent, and rice and noodles were just okay. Kinda like they were sitting out for awhile.

    The staff were the typical young crew with not much personality. We ordered and left quickly...lol

    It hit the spot but probably won't be back for a bit.

    Crappy service.  Ordered through door dash but the order was never fulfilled. DO NOT order through this restaurant!!!!

    Let me start by saying we love Panda Express at other locations!! :) very much....
    But we went to this location for the first time & we did not enjoy our visit.
    I ordered the veggie greens & Teriyaki chicken bowl. But the pan was almost empty & only had Kale left. I asked for a new batch or just broccoli. The lady who I think was the manager said NOPE!!
    So I looked around & saw the Broccoli with beef BUT it had no beef in the pan so I was fine with that! So I said give me the bowl with that Broccoli & my chicken. Well she charged me $2.00 extra for that. With that said this is the first time I didn't like my food & she was rude & over charged me. We will not be back to this location. Maybe new Manager is in order with your reviews! NV
